There are 4 characters : Sniff(Innovator style), Scurry(Producer style), Hem(Stabilizer style) and Haw (Unifier style). Sniff is one of the two mice. It is vital for him to have access to this valuable resource, since this determines his ultimate survival and level of prosperity. Sniff uses smelling to find the direction of cheese and points it to Scurry, the second mouse, who uses his speed of running to find it. Scurry is an great cheese-hunting partner to Sniff, because of the quick reaction. The two mice do not waste their time on lengthy planning; they prefer to apply the simple and tested “trial-and-error” method. Although they do things the hard way, their quick actions save time and leads them to the Cheese faster. Hem represents a character with negative way of thinking when it comes to moving ahead and forgetting about a pernicious event that changed a prosperous past. As a human being Hem feels that he is entitled to the right of a superior way of thinking and perceiving things, in comparison to the mice of the story. Throughout time, people have had to go through change. Whether it had been moving to a new city or starting a new job, people all around the world have to deal with it.
