There are many factors you have to consider when you choose a living place. Which is the most important for you: rent, closing to relatives or a location with a lot shops and restaurants? To my perspective, convenience is the priority when pickingI pick up a place to live.

First, living an area with various stores and restaurants brings about much of convenience in living. Especially, I am the person who does not prepare food by myself and is busy with my work. Living near a place having shops and restaurants can meet what I need. For example, the place where I live now allows me to have a lot of choices of restaurants that I just need a five-minute walk to get food. What's more, whenever I work late at night, I can just go downstairs to the 24 hours convenience store nears my house and then get some energy for my work. Therefore, a place where is easy for me to get food is my first choice.

Moreover, shopping near my house is a vital method for me to relieve my daily pressure. This is because I work under high pressure. Shopping is one of my ways to feel relax and recover from exhaustion. Therefore, if there are a lot of stores, such as department stores or shopping malls, near my living place, I can go there whenever I feel sad and depressed.

Living in an inexpensive place or a place closing to relatives is definitely a big trouble for me. On the one hand, most inexpensive living places usually mean that it is not in a safe area. For a single girl, it must be dangerous. I would rather spend some money to live a safe place. On the other hand, l was not used to asking for my relatives’ help if I meet some difficulties. In the other words, it is not necessary to live near my relatives when I have a better choice- a place with many stores and

The article by Gregory Woloszczuk discusses how location is everything when starting up a business. You need a good location in order to prosper. One of the main points the author knocks on is visibility. A big attraction point for businesses is impulse buyers. If you have a business like a fast food chain, it appeals to impulse buyers. Woloszczuk explains “Some businesses, such as clothing stores and restaurants, depend much more on impulse decisions” (Woloszczuk, 2017). However, if the business is not highly visible, with a big sign, it will not attract these impulse buyers. That is one-way location attracts a big number of customers. Another way location affects business is traffic. The article talks about how proximity to a highway can…

Personally, I have always lived in the city of Chicago and grocery stores were always easily accessible for my family and I. I know the benefit of this because we would always have nutritious foods, which included fruits and vegetables because the grocery store was within walking distance. I find it really said that people have to live this way, especially when they want to be healthier. I feel that if someone wants to make a change, they should be given the opportunity to do so.…

Another reason for my decision to live in the country is the peaceful atmosphere. There are many more crimes committed in the city than in the country, because there is more drug use there. People with drugs are probably not going to sell them in the country, because they know they can sell more in the city. Drugs are not the only reason for the high crime rates in the city. There are shopping malls and businesses that are not in the country, which leads to more theft in the city. Also, the atmosphere in the country seems to be a much slower pace, because there are fewer people and jobs. The peacefulness in the country is very soothing and calming after a hard day at work. Also, I hope that my children will grow up to be good people, and I believe that the odds of that are much better if they are raised in the country rather…

Where should we live? It is difficult to respond to this question. Some people prefer to live in a big modern city like San Francisco or New York City with many advantages, such as high education, good healthcare, entertainments facilities. While others choose to live in a countryside like Mendocino or Humboldt county where it is peaceful and relaxing. From my point of view, I would like to live in a big city, as there would be more opportunities for a growing-man like me for studying, looking for a job, and having a convenient life.…

A successful government relies on infrastructure, a small town or even a large city is no different. Civil defense services include ambulances and paramedics, police, as well as, firefighters. Poverty stricken areas are typically the farthest away from hospitals and fire stations. Whereas new, richer areas are in great location to hospitals and police stations or precincts. If a disease were to happen, one division of the community would be adequately equipped to handle it. Conversely, the other is not as lucky. Continuingly, business owners and entrepreneurs strategically place profitable businesses in the wrong areas. Liquor stores, tobacco retailers, and pawn shops are rarely opened in the parts of towns that flourish with income. Instead, they are located in troubled environments, where those in stressful situations cannot always make the best decisions. By the same token, beneficial businesses are not opened in rougher areas. Candy stores, boutiques, gift shops, and antique stores are accessible in areas where crime is low and cash influx is high. These stores would impact lower areas by bringing jobs and a positive reputation. Even though they have negative connation, bars are found in both social class divisions. Interestingly, geography has proven to be a major ingredient in the evolution of a community (Debertin). It allows people to be able to connect through the environment and the entertainment it provides. For example, houses near golf courses lure in golfers. Those golfers now have two things in common. They both like golf and they both live by the golf course. Lastly, recreational areas are not found in close proximity to lower income developments. Upper class areas are notorious for having large, beautiful parks filled with bike paths, walking trails, play equipment, and even camp sites. Having places to exercise or have children play at raise a community’s value. The more positive places it has, the more…

The advice given is to look for a place that is comfortable and compliments ones lifestyle. Not only does the atmosphere have to be at your satisfaction level but also the place itself. What to look for when one finds their ideal place, look for safety. Perhaps a fire happens, make sure you have more than one exit. Check the amount of space, for instance, you want kids, you can not have a small place and want kids, make sure you have enough room for them to not be too crowded. As for the cleanliness, always look or rodents or insects, especially on the visible floors or inside cabinets and under floor rugs. This is always important because there are constant outbreaks of bed bugs and this is a serious conflict when experiencing finding a place to live. Financially, take your time. There are places that are very expensive and are not in the field of your annual income. Always be prepared and have a plan on the way to pay mortgage, water bills, electrical bills, cable bills, all sorts of bills in the book. If one does not pay for these because the housing is too expensive, then you have to start all over and find another place to live. Keep in mind that nobody can get in the way of finding a good place to live but oneself. If one finds a place they like but can not live up to the expenses, it is their fault.
