Before I start lets define first what was climate change is. Climate change or also known as Global Warming, refers to the rise in average temperatures on earth. This is due to primarily human use of fossil fuels, which releases carbon dioxide and greenhouse gases into the atmosphere, which can have a range of effects on ecosystems, including rising sea levels, severe weather events, and droughts that render landscapes more susceptible to wildfires. Isn’t it climate change is the primary problem of the world because all of us are affected in this phenomenon. Do you think climate change is real and does exist do you? What are the causes of climate change? What are the effects of climate …show more content…
Based on my research and study, many scientist and researchers concur that climate change is indeed occurring and is almost certainly due to human activities. This is based on broad based agreement within the scientific community. But then some people question the validity of such assertions and prefer to cast doubt on the preponderance of evidence. This deniers often claim that recent changes of the world was attributed to human activity and can be seen as part of part of natural variations in Earth’s climate and temperature, and that is difficult or impossible to establish a direct connection between climate change and any single weather event, such as hurricane. This issue or topic became a debate of some government and non-government officials. But then economists gather data and analysis over a decade just to support and prove that the reality of climate change and human factor in this process. They agree that the causes of climate change is due to the increasing amount of carbon dioxide and greenhouse gases in our atmosphere and this is due to fossil fuels such as oil and coal. Other human activities also such as in agriculture and deforestation due to increasing population and 6 and industrialization all of these contribute to the proliferation of greenhouse gases that cause climate change. Then the effects of all of it are slowly increasing temperature of our globe that makes the polar icecap of northern and southern pole to melt which lead to slow rising of sea levels which very frequent to flood. Greater and stronger storm may also occur such as hurricane and super typhoon. Do you remember the super typhoon Yolanda that landfall in the Philippines and hit western Isaias. This is became one of the strongest typhoon in the whole world and became a nationwide news or topic. This super typhoon kills a thousands of people and destroy a billion of infrastructure. This
