What Makes The Best Soccer Player?
When walking onto the pristine surface of a soccer pitch a player must be comfortable. Over the years players have said over and over that feeling good makes them play better. Picking the best gear is essential to every player. The best brand for soccer is Adidas. Adidas gives everything a player would need for the game and is better than the competition. Adidas has a rich history in the sport of soccer. Adolph Dassler, the creator of Adidas, first made his mark in soccer gear when he developed boots with spikes on them. Later he and his brother, Rudolph Dassler, founded a sports shoe company that came to be Adidas. Having a rich history in a sport gives Adidas advantages over huge sports competitors like Nike and Puma. Adidas focuses more energy and time to soccer because of its history, so this gives them an obvious edge over Nike and Puma who specialize in other sports. Finally, with Adidas being known as a company who pursues innovation in soccer it tends to give the athlete the best gear for the sport. …show more content…

On a similar note the Adidas logo has been around for as long as I've been alive, so the people of my generation are very familiar to…

Nike is firmly focused in the American market, although it has made its way into the international market fairly recently. The company is also considered largely responsible for the frenzy of athlete sponsorship that the industry is known for today. All of this ties in with Nike's dominance of the advertising and marketing aspects of the business. On the other hand, Adidas has traditionally focused on the European market even though it is a well-known name in the rest of the world as well. This is mainly due to the company's affiliation with soccer. The company has…

Out of the six countries they're dressing, including hosts Germany, and also France, the best Adidas shirt has to be Argentina's (above left). Kept simple, although a bit too shiny for my liking, the current shirt remains true to the great players who have previously worn one.…
