What Makes an Effective Leader in Today's World?
Today's world is fraught with a multitude of complications and problems ranging from terrorism, which is set to wipe out scores of people, to environmental decay, which threatens to cause grave danger to the world itself in general. To handle such problems as amicably as possible, every country needs an effective leader. There are many qualities that define an effective leader and my essay will be about these qualities.

This is not to imply that all decisions are of this nature. But you can be sure, some of them will be. The leader without a passion for a cause will duck. Thus passion is one of the qualities that make an effective leader. Currently, the world is changing rapidly. An effective leader always should be constantly in check of the developments of their
