What is the sport that can unite everyone together no matter age, races and religion? The answer must be football. 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil successfully brought in 5M of people not only from Brazil but from all around the world. The football industry now is already out of control in term of the salary, the craziness of the football fans, betting on the match? The answer is yes. According to ESPN Sport News, the average salary for a footballer that play in the English Premier League is 1.6M Pounds Sterling which means one footballer earn 31,000GBP in a week (www.ESPN.COM.uk, 2014). This is scary because the minimum wedges rate in UK is only 6.50 per hour, if one worker work 8 hours per day and 5 days per week that is only 260 Pounds Sterling based on a research that done by www.gov.uk. It clearly shows that the salary and wedges of the footballer is now beyond a limit. Neither legal or illegal, betting should not exist on this civilised society. Betting is you earn money on others lose. Based on a survey done by Gambling Commission, there are 2.2% of people who betting on the football match (Gambling Commission, 2012). Try to imagine, the population of United Kingdom is 64.1M how many are the 2.2%? Not only the money they lost, they lost the passion on football as well. The number of people bankrupt because of gambling or betting on football is increasing year by year. Commit suicide, family violence as well as mental problem are caused by the losing money on betting on football match. Football violence is a tumour of the football culture no matter in any country. Football violence not only the conflict in between the different football club or football team, the consult in word of racism, sexist is also one of the football violence as well(V.Rationis, 2015).
