What Is Sandra Andreychuck´s Social Work Code Of Ethics?
The National Association of Social Work Code of Ethics (NASW) provides the required standards of conduct that reflect the social works professions core values they adhere to in practice (Hepworth et al., 2013). Ethics plays a significant role in all disciplines and is used to make sure that all employees behave in a professional and ethical manner (Hepworth et al., 2013). Sandra Andreychuck is a clinical ethicist that brought attention towards some of the ethical dilemmas that can occur while working as a social worker in a hospital. As a social work student, the topic of ethics allowed me to further my knowledge before beginning placement next year.     One moral dilemma that often arises in many cases is where people who deserve to receive assistance are denied, because of minor circumstances.
