What Is Proposition 60

Proposition 60 is a bill that on paper and theoretically, is supposed to support and put an emphasis on people using safe sex measures. The bill requires adult performers such as porn stars, to wear condoms during sexual intercourse scenes and will also require the producers and companies to pay for testing of HIV and other STD's.
