What is Leadership?

Leadership Everyone has there own vision of leadership. Some say that if you’re going to be a leader you are born a leader. I don’t believe that to be true. Leaders are people who think big, people who dream big. They are the people that go for what they want with no regret. Leaders are people who would do anything to get to where they want to go while being themselves with confidence. Leaders have to be able to show people they are passionate about what they do. They have to be able to give people respect and honesty. Without that, there is no leader. I believe that leaders are people that think big, and dream big. The bigger the better. If you don’t have a goal to where you want your life to go then why bother. You want to have one main goal, followed by many little goals to get to your main goal. The bigger you think the better. Take that big step and make the choice to become someone bigger then you think you can be. Thats what makes a true leader. “Go for it.” is something that many people say. But who really goes for it with confidence in them self. Who really goes for what they want, not looking back or thinking about what might happen if they do go for it. A true leader is someone who goes for what they want with no regret and does it with confidence. If you don’t believe in yourself no one else will. You have to be able to go for what you want without worrying what others will think, or how others will perceive you. Passion is key to what you do. If you don’t love what your doing then why bother? If a leader doesn’t show that they are passionate about what they are doing then why will someone else what to do what they are doing. Passion shows that what you do is fun, that you enjoy what your doing. If someone else doesn’t see that they then there not going to want to do what you are. Passion is proof that everything they do is worth while. If a leader shows passion for what they are doing then others will want to be like them. Respect and
