What Is Juwan's Behavior

Juwan responded well to the intervention. Juwan continues to make progress towards his goals. Juwan stated, having bad behavior can cause him to be punished, losing privileges, getting his mom upset at him, not getting what he wants and not being trusted. Juwan stated, yelling, running away, throwing things, breaking things, using profanity, making threats, and being aggressive. Juwan stated, break things, make threats, leave the situation and argues. Juwan stated, being treated unfairly, being yelled at being hit, being punished, losing privileges, and being single out. Juwan stated “It’s not fair! I never get my way! She’s making me mad on purpose! I don’t have to listen!”. Juwan stated, hurt his mom’s feelings, made his sister cry, scared someone, interrupted what others were doing and embarrassed his family. …show more content…

On June 2, 2016, while serving room restriction for another offense, Rashad made direct threats to harm staff and was observed attempting to provoke other residents to physically attack that staff member. Rashad has flat out refused staff directives in his most recent incident, which resulted in a 48 hour room restriction. On June 23, 2016, Rashad again made direct threats towards staff and became verbally aggressive towards staff when redirected.
