What Is Exxon Code Of Conduct
Since 1986, Exxon employees have been doing "normal, exceptionally well." One of the keys to our continued success has been our commitment to excellence and integrity in our Premier recently stated values.

All employees, middle managers and directors of the Company must respect our traditional code of conduct to ensure that all our business units behave and act in a consistent manner from ethically and legally. The Code of Conduct is the basis for the comprehensive and ongoing compliance of all corporate policies and procedures, in an open relationship among colleagues, which contributes to good business conduct, and a lasting positive perception of the integrity of our employees.

This respect starts with compliance with laws and regulations. We hold ourselves to the highest ethical standards and behave in a way that makes us win the trust of others. We depend on our relationships and respect for people with whom we work. We value diversity in people and opinions. We are concerned about the consequences of our decisions can have on those around us.

3. Excellence
In a risky sector like ours, we are committed to excellence through a systematic and disciplined management of our operations. We met and defend the rules and standards we set for our company. We are committed to quality results, we want to learn and improve. If something goes wrong, we correct it.

4. Value
What we do is not easy. Often, to achieve the best results it should be enough to face difficulties defending our principles value. We always strive to do the right thing. Explore new ideas and ask for help when needed. We are honest with ourselves and actively seek the opinion of others. We seek to achieve a lasting legacy without neglecting the short-term priorities of the world around us.

5. Unique System
Without detracting from the individual strengths, we get better results by working together. We give priority to our team over individual success and we are committed to improving their ability. Trust each other in performing our respective obligations.
