What Is Clinical Rotation In Irreconciliation?

Different Sims-lab from school and patient medication reconciliation, which I performed at clinical rotation in IPPE-III served as a foundation for me to participate in this activity. For example, I had the opportunity to interview standardized patient during Sims-lab which included work up a patient before the interview, then interview standardized patient, step outside of room to assess the patient profile and come up with a plan, then discuss the plan with the patient and write the soap note. Since, that activity I was curiously waiting for an opportunity to perform such task to get familiarized with it. In addition, patient medication reconciliation activity at clinical rotation in IPPE-III, I had similar opportunity to work with the patient
