What Is Animal Testing Persuasive Essay
Did you know that most of our medicine today has come from animals? I am in favor of animal testing because of this so we can get faster results from them because of their short lives, they reproduce faster than us so they won’t hurt the population as much, and the Bible tells us that we can. Animal testing is the best thing we can do. Human testing is inhumane because it is sometimes painful and can possibly kill someone. Imagine how you would feel if a loved one was tested on and died. Would you rather give your best friend a pill that could save their life or lead to a horrible death, or test it on an animal first?
To start off, the first reason I am in favor of animal test is that the Bible tells us we rule over them. There are no animal

Because of that we get fast results and save more lives each day! According to Disvorvery.com “A female rat can mate as many as 500 times with various males during a six-hour period.” That’s a lot of rats! That means we can get faster results and more reliable ones too!
Finally, the last reason I am in favor of animal testing is that animals have shorter lives and can be used throughout generations. Animals don’t have as much to lose in life as we do. Their lives are based on finding food and surviving another day. Humans have so many thing to stay alive for such as having a family or going to school. According to source 2 mice and rats only live for 2 or 3 years. That makes them useful for testing on long-term genetic cancers.
All in all, in my opinion animal testing is the right way to go because we get faster results, we can test through generations, and the Bible tells us we can. Humans should not die or even be used in lab testing, because scientists cannot guarantee their safety during tests. Animals don’t have as much to miss as we do. Animals die all the time around the world, so do humans it’s just part of life. But if we keep testing with humans over time there will either be almost no children left or no one to raise them. There is a difference between animals and humans. We have a soul, animals do

The first reason why we shouldn’t have animal testing is because animals are getting hurt or abused. “Over 100 million animals are burned, crippled, poisoned, and abused in US labs every year.” The chemicals that the people are using are burning or other worse things to them. The chemicals that they use on the animals could hurt or kill them. Over half of side effects cannot be detected in…

All of my life I have had a tremendous amount of passion for all animals, and in most instances I've found that I have felt more comfortable around them than I do people, finding myself drawn to their many personable qualities, such as innocence, loyalty, lack of judgment, and overall cheerful disposition. As I have grown, my care for animals and their well being has as well, and my eyes have been opened to the horrors taking place all throughout the globe involving poor, innocent animals, who are unable to defend themselves, against the very people they are meant to find companionship with. The controversy over the practice of utilizing animals for the purposes of testing has been an issue for the past 30-40 years, and with it, comes the moral debate. However, the topic of ongoing question, whether animal testing is right or wrong, lies within your own personal morals.…

Animal testing has always been a big issue around the world. Some people think that it is okay for animals to be tested on while others don’t. What even is animal testing? Animal testing is where scientists find new medications and test them on the animals before humans. Why might scientists test them on animals first? So, that if something goes wrong, only the animal would suffer and not a human. I am a critic for animal testing. I believe that animals have a purpose to the world just as much as humans do. Even if people don’t like rodents, that doesn’t mean we need to try and potentially kill them. Animals are very important to this world just like everyone else.…

That is true, but they have feelings just like us. If animals have to go through those tests so should it’s only right. Animal testing is just a killing experiment. Most animals are injured during testing and will still live the remainder of their life in captivity. Testing animals cost a enormous amount of money. Just think, they have to pay for shelter, food, and even for animals. There are cheaper and safer ways than using animals like Corrositex. Animal testing has always been a dispute between people; some people think it’s morally wrong and some people think it helps with medical and scientific breakthroughs. Drugs that people use or cosmetics that are used could have been tested through animals before being stocked on shelves. About 800 animals are tested on before a drug is passed to clinical trials (“Is animal”). Many animals get tested on, but many like mice, rabbits, hamsters, monkeys, dogs, cats, pigs, and some other animals get tested on. Animals can be used to find new advances in medical treatment and check safety for products, but these animals that get tested on can go through pain and death. Animal testing is wrong and should be stopped because…

One important factor to consider is the issue on morality. I do agree that sometimes, animal testing can be cruel. But wouldn't testing new drugs on people be even more cruel? Wouldn't it be more cruel for them to die of the tests because there isn't enough information about a drug? Also, are not millions of animals killed yearly for food and other merchandise? In my opinion, medical research is a more justifiable death than feeding stomachs or sustaining the fashion industry. With the issue of cruelty at hand, it should be known that scientists care about the welfare of the animals being tested on. The testing is done under strict supervision and the law protects the animals from cruelty and mistreatment, so animal testing doesn't really entail animal…

First of all, strengths of using animals are animals do not have social influence. Compared to people, they are more likely to be adapted after they carry out the experiment and experimenters also do not have to worry about side effects. People might suffer serious long-term psychology harms after the experiment. In addition, even though it is unethical, we can deprive the animals like able to remove from mother and littermates. It is much safer than using human as participants. For example, when pharmacists develop the new medicine, we should use the animals as we cannot use people for every single drug tests. There are definitely some weaknesses using animals. As animals cannot communicate to people, it is too hard to carry on the experiment sometimes. They might not follow the instructions that the experimenters want or they may die because of too much stress. Due to this communication errors, the experimenters may hard to rate the proper results. It is obvious that the reliability is going to drop and the test will mess up. Best of all, both of these weaknesses are unethical so they have to control by themselves.…
