Leadership is an important trait to have especially when you want to do better and get money. Being a leader can mean many different things and can be difficult at times. It brings much needed responsibility that will be put to the test in many situations. Leadership to me is leading by example, which means be good even when you're not in charge. The official definition for leadership is “ability to influence, lead, or guide others so as to accomplish a mission in the manner desired by providing purpose, direction and motivation”.There are values that can be put into leadership such as loyalty, duty, respect selfless service, honor, integrity, and personal courage.
