What Are The Three Branches Of The Government

The government is made up of three different branches: The Legislative branch, The Executive branch, The Judicial branch. Check and Balances are included because all branches are created equally so that none of the branches gets too much power. First,the legislative branch is split up into two houses the Senate and the House of Representatives, senators get elected every two years by the people,each state elects two senators,the House of Representatives is much bigger than the senate's.
