Not only has the government set up a system that goes against the American people's vote. Now we can't even trust the electors to vote for the candidate we choose. However, if there's a “faithless voter” they can manipulate the electoral college system and vote for a different presidential candidate. Now that means that the system has shown that it's not a legitimate source of the American people's thoughts and votes.
