What are the characteristics of a good leader.
There are some important characteristics that are found in good leaders. These qualities can be developed from time to time or may be naturally part of their personality. A good leader can be found everywhere in our routine life, such as in manager in a company, teacher at school or university and parents at home. A good leader should have a trustful character, influential speech, and confidence. The first is that the leader should be trustworthy. It is of utmost importance that the person can lead others in a way that people could believe him/her and be sure everything will be good. Inherent to leader is responsibility toward the tasks and workers in an office. Moreover, leader should also give advice and instructions. Seeing their leader attentive and dedicated to his work they will be encouraged by this and will try to do their best in workplace. The second is that the leader should speak influentially, by which he/she is can satisfy the crowds’ demands and then people can believe them. For this feature leaders should have a quality of confidence. For example, when they have a speech in front of a crowd they should not hesitate what they say and also when they tell their own opinions. Confidence is the most vital key of the success. Such a person inspires sureness toward others and brings out the trust. A leader, who conveys confidence towards the proposed objects, inspires the best effort for team members. In conclusion, the leader should be the leading of his/her field. He should be trustworthy, inspirational, responsible and confidence person. All these qualities are the most important ones to help person to become a good leader, attract team members and gain success on different
