WHAT IS NANOTECHNOLOGY????
So when we hear of the word a basic question comes in that what someone means by nanotechnology?
So a basic definition:- Nanotechnology is the branch of science dealing with nanoparticles or nanobots that are useful in our lives and makes our lives much more easier. Nanotechnology is the description of activities at the level of atoms and molecules. It generally deals with particles of size around few nanometers. A nonometer is a billionth of a meter.
The more small the size of the nanoparticles the more desired properties we get from it thus the more useful nanotechnology makes these particles for us. As more and more small the size of the particle is thus the more different properties

What are nanobots actually or what nanobots means ????
Nanobots are microscopic devices which are measured on the scale of nanometers. They can work at atomic, molecular and cellular level so that they can be useful in both the medical as well as industrial fields.
In the field of medicine these robots find extreme use. Nanomedicine robot are so small that they can easily travel through the human body to the target cell which causes a particular disease.
According to scientist the exterior or the body of the nanobots should be made of the carbon atoms in a diamond structure because of its inert properties and strength. It is assumed that nanobots would constitute any passive or active structure capable of actuation, sensing, signalling, transporting information and intelligence at nanoscale.
Some of the characteristics abilities that are desirable for a nanorobot to function

Currently, “nanotechnology development and production is geographically widespread, with more than sixty countries pursuing national nanotechnology research and innovation programs (Shapira and Wang, 2010), with the use and application of nanotechnology occurring globally. Regulation and oversight is primarily national, with some growth in nanotechnology information exchange, harmonization, and standards setting at supranational and international levels (Murashov and Howard, 2011), including activity by the OECD through its Working Parties on Nanotechnology (OECD 2011a) and on Manufactured Nanomaterials (OECD, 2012b). Arguably, some best practices are emerging (IRGC, 2007), but there remain significant differences by countries in the governance and regulation of nanotechnology. There are variations in the overall approaches to, and investment in, the assessment of environmental, health, safety, ethical, legal, and societal implications of…

What is Nanotechnology Manufacturing? The concept behind Nanotechnology is maneuvering molecules and/or atoms to fabricate resources and formations straightforwardly, in addition to utilizing the exclusive traits of matter at the Nano scale. The definition of technology is "the application of science and scientific knowledge for industrial or commercial objectives," then in its most simplistic form, nanotechnology is defined as "the application of science and scientific knowledge, at the Nano scale, for industrial or commercial objectives." In order to understand the size of material/matter involved at the Nano scale level, one needs to trace down the units of measurement, commencing with an ant (at the mill scale) and ending at the very bottom, at the Nano scale. The Nano scale is far…

I think that with the way technology is advancing that it is a possibility that nanobots can be evolve as small micro machines but not be alive. I feel that in the future they may be able to act as they are alive, but it is not God created and would not be alive and would only respond to the program implemented advises it to do. Nanotechnology basically uses little nanobots to change the molecular structure of objects at the subatombic level. Nanobots is one of the emerging area and is an area of research in the field of nanotechnology. This technology will be helpful in curing many diseases such as cancer. Nanobots will be able to cure a disease in a much better way as compared to other techniques such as chemotherapy in which the infected cells cannot be targeted accurately. Nanobots can be created to enter into your body and fix whatever needs to be fixed. It can repair every single cell in your body. It can prevent the cancer cells from getting a foothold or perhaps even stop them from multiplying. The Nanobots can fix and repair all your tissues for peak health. To sum it all up, nanobots can evolve with the right programming. In other words, it is possible that they can be programmed to learn and respond based on info learned.…

Nanomedicine is a subsidiary result of nanotechnology, it points to a very specific medical intervention at molecule level for curing disease or repairing damaged tissues. A nanometer is one-millionth of a millimeter; biological molecular structures are at the level equal to or less than100 nanometers. This points to how delicate nanomedical devices and delivered drug molecules should be (National Health Institutes, 2008).…

When thinking of Nanotechnology one could think of the movie G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra. In the movie Cobra steals nanotech warheads and attacks the Eiffel Tower and it is destroyed by molecule sized machines in a matter of minutes. At this point in time nanotechnology is nowhere near this far along. Nanotechnology of today is about manipulating different types of matter on a molecular scale thus making them stronger and more durable (Williamson, Kenneth D. New Products). Hopefully we’ll be able to create the nanobots of G.I. Joe in the near future but for now it is just science fiction. With the science of nanotechnology we can revolutionize the field of medicine like never before, destroy cancer in the human body without killing the host body and revolutionize diagnostic imaging technology.…

HEALING THE BODY FROM THE INSIDE OUT CANCER -one of the most deadly diseases which primarily starts at the cellular level. To be more specific they start at the molecular level. At this molecular level, even the finest scalpel is like a huge instrument designed more to rip and tear than to heal and cure. The traditional methods that are available today to detect and treat cancer damages many of the cells which are noncancerous and not harmful. The detection of cancer by the traditional methods that are available today do not discover the disease at the earlier stage. So, the medical field is in need of some well structured and well organized simple tool that can detect and treat cancer efficiently and earlier. For the sake of this we present an idea for NANOROBOTS for detecting and treating cancerous cells at a very earlier stage. To design the nano robots we use the NANOTECHNOLOGY, which is normally called as the molecular engineering. We also present the ways and means for curing the disease efficiently and without giving much pain to the patient. In our paper we discuss about the various features that a nano robot should possess-down from the size up to the detection and treatment.…

Nanotechnology deals with creation of materials, devices and systems through manipulation of matter at the nanometer length scale. The object created itself does not have to be nanoscale, but can be micro or macro size. What is critical is the ability to exploit the novel properties that arise because of nanometer length scale. Indeed when we go down from bulk to nanoscale, physical, chemical, mechanical, electrical, optical, magnetic and other properties change. The field is about making…
