Excellent observation on the “Driverless Car Crashes” video as to how various external factors are influencing the application such technology. As you point out clearly, technological availability is not enough for implementation and offered to consumers. There are quite a large number of auto and technological firms such as Google, UBER, and like who are waiting in line to invest a large sum of money and eyeing changes to the market in order to unload their surplus idle cash into this venture. The challenges, however, would be how the existing legal framework transforms to accommodate the change, the interaction of these vehicles with the population, the consumer perception towards such change as well as the economic justification the availability
