Wendy Mass is an american author from New Jersey. She is 50 years old. She was born on April 22 1967. She has 2 children their names are Chloe Mass and Griffin Mass. She got her education at Tufts University, California State University, Long beach. Her hobbies are hiking and photography, but really she says it is collecting candy wrappers and searching for buried treasure with her metal detector. One of her favorite quotes is chase down your passion like it’s the last bus of the night.

    Our exploration into ‘Streetcar’ began with a focus on vocal awareness. Through developing the opening of the play through non-naturalism, I discovered how the use of voice and movement was key into creating the atmosphere of a multi-cultural and rundown area of New Orleans. I found that accent was a main factor in conveying the vibrant racial mix in the Quarter. The use of crescendos allowed us to create eerie atmosphere within Blanche’s living nightmare. This was helpful in showing the central antithesis used throughout this play - desire and death.
