Dear , Whomever this letter may concern

This past year of my life has been very rough considering the circumstances I've been in , but I'm very determined to change that. I would like to get my case as well as myself transferred to San Antonio , Texas. When I arrive to Texas I plan on trying to get involved in a welding program at South Texas Vocational Technical Institute. I’ve been looking into the welding program and It’s a career that I would like to get involved in. During the process of getting involved in this program I will be helped with getting a part time job as well as an apartment. My family is also located In San Antonio , having my family around would help me better myself and go through with the process of getting a job
