Experiences and Expectations of Online Learning
My expectations of the online experience have been way beyond what I could imagine it to be. I am thrilled to know that my instructors and peers are open minded and willing to lend a hand when I need help. I am defiantly enjoying the online classroom more than the classes on a campus. I am able to make school work around my daily schedule. I am more enlightened now and no longer scared to take college courses to make my future a brighter one.
Learning Experiences As stated before I am more enlightened since the first week of this class. To be honest I thought that I would not learn anything form this course. I am excited to say I thought poorly on the matter of what I thought I knew. Learning to optimize my scheduling for not only myself and my family has greatly made my life a lot easier to manage. What also helps knowing the type of learner I am so I can use the tactics of an visual learner to help me excel in my courses to come.
Future Expectations
I am glad to know that no matter how confused I am on a discussion or an assignment I can look to my instructor or my classmates to help with the confusion. Knowing that I not only have support in my life I also have support in the classroom as well, it is very encouraging. I want to be better prepared when it comes down to my assignments. I am going to have to learn to rely on the Ashford’s Learning Center to assist me with written assignments, doing this will exclude a lot of the errors I have had in my past assignments.
