Mrs. Ashland has several students who require additional assistance throughout the day. Mrs. Ashland has made several documentations on each of these children
Mrs. Ashland recognizes the students that need some extra assistance and seems to be working with them and their parents as available.
It is important to know where each child is academically and socially and help them to reach the next level by offering new experiences.
I think that Mrs. Ashland needs to work on communicating with parents in other ways because the way she has been trying obviously isn’t working. Maybe try using a journal to write notes about the child’s day.
