2. Describe the proposal/change. (10 points)
The change will require people to do a more extensive background check and depending on the background it will disqualify them on getting a weapon and affect how many guns I can sell.
3. Write the public comment which you would submit to this proposal. If the proposed regulation deadline has already passed, write the comment you would have submitted. Explain briefly what you wish to accomplish with your comment. (10 points)

Currently the ban on assault rifles got out voted and is not a main issue, now what is still open and active is trying to take away any magazine for any weapon that holds greater than ten rounds. I am an avid and advanced gun shooter and owner, I believe that if that will make people happy taking away magazine capacity then let them. Taking that away will not stop shooting and or violence in any way through my eyes is useless. I do feel that the common weekend shooters do not need such huge magazine capacity and will help to possible limit damages done during a hostile shooting. Also the other main issue that I feel will help in the gun world and that should be enforced is a greater and more in depth background check than the current one that…

The suggestion should be that if someone has a permit of $500 then they should be able to own a rifle or a handgun and be able to carry it around in public. In some words if you can’t pay for a permit then you shouldn’t be able to carry it around outside. If you’re a veteran of the military and you kept your own rifle then you should be able to keep it around and bring it outside for safety personnel only. Guns are meant to be for protection and safety regulations, people only kill each other because they want power but when they fight in the same country they only want the attention and respect for themselves like the mexican cartel for an example, they want people to hear their name and give them the amount of respect they want. We shall not allow violence in our streets anymore, it’s time to stand up and take action for once and stop the crimes from…
