Human Inventory Control As the writer has stipulated, every voter should be given the opportunity to voice, or cast a vote on the matter regarding the decision to carry human-tracking devices. So, as implied, Brittan Elementary School students in Sutter should have been given a voice in the decision to have school badges with tracking devices. Their collective voices could have been heard through the establishment of a Student Council, and secondly, the parents of these students living in this school district should have also been given a vote. “The Student Council will be a representative structure for students only, through which they can become involved in the affairs of the school, working in partnership with school management, staff and parents for the benefit of the school and its students.”
