What Does This Warranty Cover?
This warranty applies to the original purchaser (Owner) of the billiard table, game table, or chairs, and covers defective materials and workmanship. How Long Does The Coverage Last?
As to billiard tables, this warrant lasts for the life of the table. As to game tables and chairs, this warranty lasts for two years from the date of original purchase. The duration of any implied warranties shall not exceed the duration of warranties provided herein. What Will CCSE- Company Do?
For two years after the date of the sale of the billiard table, and one year after the sale of the game table or chair to the original purchaser, CCSE- Company will pay for labor and replacement of defective components or material and, if CCSE- Company elects to complete warranty service at a location other than the place of installation, the cost of shipping to CCSE- Company. Thereafter, CCSE- Company will pay for only the costs of replacing defective components or materials and the Owner will be responsible for labor and shipping costs, if any. What Does This Warranty Not Cover?
This warranty does not apply if the product is transferred from the original purchaser. It does not cover table leveling. It does not apply to damage due to normal wear and tear, fire, flood or any other natural event or calamity. This Warranty does not cover damage resulting from negligence or abuse. Negligent and abusive damage including a failure to care for the table pursuant to maintenance instructions or a failure to provide a proper environment for the table will void the warranty. How Do You Get Service?
In order to be eligible for service under this warranty you must return the warranty registration card packed with each table within 90 days of purchase. All claims must be electronically submitted to warranty@CCSECompany.com. We will come to your home and take any necessary action to correct problems covered by this warranty.
