Leadership is the process of influencing people to direct their efforts toward the achievement of some particular goals or goal. Our company will use participate leadership system. This is because participate leadership is a style of management where decisions are made with the most workable amount of participation from those who are affected by the decisions. Participate leadership management is seen as the quick cure for poor morale, employee conflict, low productivity and job dissatisfaction. Participative decision making, information sharing, customer focus and employee training are considered important elements of participate leadership management. Participate leadership use both work and task centered and people centered method to lead our subordinates. There was the continual interaction and exchange of information and influence between leader and subordinates and between subordinates in our company. Participatory leadership style use in Voyage Hotel is attempts to add a democratic dimension in our hotel management, which has generally been top-down and hierarchical …show more content…
Firstly, develop a better understanding of the market. Given that access to a foreign market is not always easy. Understanding customers is the key to giving them good service. We will analyze what are customers’ needs and wants between home country and overseas company. Focus on their needs and wants to maximize customer satisfaction towards our hotel services. We will create a flexible strategy that can respond to changes in customer perceptions and demand depend on the different culture in different country instead of using static operation strategy in these two countries. Therefore, it may help us to improve cooperation operation modes between local and foreign company and can help to improve market access of foreign

    The Squire Hotel Group Question one ' Evaluate the performance measures in place at the Squire Hotel. The Squire’s group hotel is doing well performance wise although it does have a few problems. The rooms division is performing well due to the hotel being constantly kept at a high occupancy level. However, the food and beverage section of the hotel group isn’t doing so well.
