A fee or financial charge should be place upon that individual and held responsible for all damages. E. Point 2: Monetary expenses of divorce, emotional distress of the non-cheating spouse, and psychological expenses to the children should be placed upon the home wrecker and cheating spouse. Due to the fact that marriage is a secret union before God and family and should never be broken in my eyes, there should definitely be some kind of monetary settlement to ease the pain for the faithful spouse.
