Our job is to make sure that our ram family has facilities to use at whatever time is convenient for their schedules; as well as a staff that can support their needs quickly and efficiently. The gym is by far the most popular facility operated by Rec Sports. Because of this, there are three main areas of staff needed for it to operate: Service Attendant (SA), Weight Room Attendant (WRA), and the managers who oversee everything. Managers and SA’s normally deal with duties at the front desk relating to sign in and item checkouts, while WRA’s make sure the gym is presentable and easily available for use by any patron who wishes to use them.
