Violation Of Pc 647: Public Intoxication
INTRODUCTION:

This case involves the suspect being arrested for public intoxication and unable to care for herself in violation of PC 647(f)-Public Intoxication.

INVESTIGATION:
On 07-21-17 at approximately 1808 hours, I was dispatched to the Pasadena Police Station regarding a female who wanted to speak with an officer.
Upon my arrival, I contacted a female White, later identified as Suspect Misty Shea Brock, who was sitting in front of the police station. Brock was upset and told me that she needed help. Brock told me the following information:
Brock had been drinking vodka since she woke up today at approximately 0700 hrs. Brock also mention she has been drinking herself to sleep every day this week since Monday (07-17-17). Brock has
