3.4.1 Overview of Vinhomes Golden River
Recently, there are a lot of huge projects for apartments and luxury apartments which in Grade I. In this research, I choose Vinhomes Golden River (VGR), a premium complex residential which include apartments, villas, and offices. VGR will be constructed on the Ba Son grounds along the Saigon River, in the heart of District 1. Together with Tan Cang, the Ba Son area is part of Zone 3 of the planned new Center for Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC). Moreover, VGR also close to famous attractions of HCMC such as the Botanical Gardens, Van Thanh Tourist Park, Him Lam golf-course, and Independence Palace. The area will soon become home to new office skyscrapers, commercial centers, and beautiful riverside walks.

3.7 Principal Component Analysis (PCA)
Principal Component Analysis (PCA) is a statistical procedure or a multivariate method that uses a transformation in order to reduce the data. The basic idea of PCA is to symbolize a set of possibly correlated variables into a set of linearly uncorrelated variables called principal components. The number of principal components is often smaller or equal to the number of the original variables. PCA choose in such a way that principal components are uncorrelated with different, unrelated aspects, or dimensions, of the data.
PCA was invented by Karl Pearson in 1901 [21] under the named of principal axis theorem in mechanics. Later, Harold Hotelling has independently developed and named as principal component analysis in the 1930s [22] [23].
