The employee started work at 5:00am he was making a delivery to Villa Park Substation at approximately 11:00 am the employee was climbing down from his truck on the driver side when he experienced a couple of sharp pains in his back he thought it was from a previous injury obtained before transferring to material transport. The employee continue to make the delivery to Walnut Substation at this location he felt his back tightening up he completed the task and drove back to the office. The employee notified his immediate Supervisor (Richard Mendez) that he had sharp pains in his back and explained what he was doing when he felt the pain. Richard offered up to the employee that he call IAP and also offered to take him to the clinic if he needed
