The Central Vigilance Commission has decla red t hat the peri od from 28 th
October 2013 to r d November 2013 is to be ob served as "Vigilance Awareness
Week" . The Obse rvance of the week will commence with a pl edge t o be admini ste red to all officia ls and staff on 28 th October 2013 ..This year the main focus of ob se rving Vigilance Awarene ss Week is "Promoting Good Governance- Positive
Contribution of Vigilance". A copy of CVC circular No . 013/VGL/082/226980 dated
25.09 .2013 is attached herewith .
You are requeste d t o make necessary arrangements at yo ur Inst it ute for observing the Vigi lance Awarene ss Week duri ng 28 th October 2013 to 2 nd
November 2013 . A report about the manner in w hich th e Vigi lance Awareness
Week wa s obse rved may be f orwarded to t he Counci l by 15 th November, 2013 to enable us to se nd a con soli dated report to th e Ce ntral Vigi lance Com m iss ion.
