I. Overview

Viet- Han Corporation (VHG) is established in 2003 according to business registration license No 3303070039 issued by Quang Nam Planning and Investment Department on 14/07/2003. On 28/01/2008 Shares of Viet- Han Corporation was officially traded on the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange. Its main products are telecommunication cable, industrial and household plastic products, products from fibreglasses, building materials. In addition, VHG also invests in construction, rubber planting and ore mining projects.

1. The company’s position

➢ Viet-Han Corporation has become a reliable partner, trust units in the field of Telecommunications after more than 8 years of operation

➢ With about 25% market share, the company is now one of the leading manufacturers in cable telecommunications in Vietnam.

➢ Viet-Han is one of a few companies in the industry which are capable of producing large copper cables with more than 2,400 pairs

➢ The Company is accounting for 25% market share with relatively stable number of customers - more than 50 units

2. Development and investment strategy

➢ Maintain the leading position in the producing telecommunications cable

➢ Gradually expand production scale of wire and cable

➢ Occupying a large market share of industrial and household plastic products in central area of Vietnam.

➢ Research and develop glass fiber products to gain the leading position in Vietnam’s market

➢ Invest and develop projects related to mineral and building materials to be the leader in this field in the centre of Vietnam in the next few years

➢ Ensure a sustainable growth rate of the enterprise value, set targets of at least 15% higher profit and earnings per share after each year
