Victoria Lloyd Recommendation
It is with immense pleasure that I write this letter of recommendation for Victoria Lloyd, who has been a regular volunteer at HUDA Clinic for several years. Victoria has played an absolute crucial role in the sustainability and viability of HUDA Clinic. As a predominately volunteer run facility, we rely on the passion and devotion of volunteers to ensure that HUDA is able to serve those who have nowhere else to go. Since coming to HUDA, Victoria’s incredible leadership, strong sense of duty, and creativity allowed her to outshine hundreds of other volunteers. Victoria has been an absolute pleasure to work with, and continues to motivate those around her.

In addition to her incredible drive, Victoria’s passion for service, amazing interpersonal skills, and ingenuity exemplify qualities seen in the most successful of physicians. Victoria surpassed all expectations of a regular volunteer, and began helping HUDA

It is common that I come across students who are aspiring to be physicians for the wrong motivations. Those motivations quickly diminish in the midst of long hours and difficult circumstances. Victoria possesses the drive necessary for the medical profession, and she also appreciates the difficult journey she has ahead of her. I have seen her handle challenging situations with poise and professionalism, and she continues to reflect the importance of remaining compassionate in order to effectively care for patients.

I wholeheartedly recommend Victoria Lloyd, without any reservation, as a candidate for medical school. She will have an extremely positive influence on any community, just as she continues to have at the HUDA Clinic, and the surrounding community. From the years I have known Victoria, I am convinced that she will be a compassionate, proficient, and consummate physician. Please contact me if I can be of any

Ever since I transferred to the University of Miami as an undergrad, I have had the gratification and honor to meet and work with various remarkable people, from physicians to scientists and staff. Doing research and shadowing at Miami Miller School of Medicine gave me the prospect to admire how marvelous the school and its community are. Furthermore, I have had the satisfaction to meet several professors who teach at the medical school and the prospect of learning from them is enticing. Being able to experience first-hand the compassion and care that the doctors at Miller demonstrate their patients have also confirmed that this school is not short of role models for me to follow. Additionally, I have met several students who have shared their…

My goals for residency are simple – to continuously learn in order to educate and heal. Although I have been involved in the community in various ways for many years, I am truly excited to start giving back to society from a different perspective – that of a physician, of a person’s first stop in their most vulnerable of times. Family Medicine is a broad field that will challenge me in many ways, but I am ready to enhance my knowledge in a program that fosters learning through a supportive, team approach where patients and their futures are the greatest concerns.…

When I was a young child, I witnessed my sister receiving stitches on her head. We were jumping on my bed when she fell and hit her head on the headboard. I was inspired by the medical professionals who treated her. Although this was a traumatic experience, it helped shape my aspiration to help others. Serving and improving the lives of others is a fundamental duty that I believe should be a part of everyone’s personal mission. Working in healthcare is the path that I discovered as an ideal way to accomplish this goal of service. In particular, I intend to eventually become an anesthesiologist where I will assist patients during medical procedures.…
