EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Veronica Aged Care Facility in Kincumber NSW is a large high care establishment with 102 residential beds. An internal courtyard is a feature of both floors. There is a wandering resident alarm system on both levels and the building is well secured. The residents are provided with:
24 hour nursing care
Daily recreational activities and outings
Physiotherapy and podiatry services
A comprehensive complimentary therapies program

By the interviewee the most important ethical issue in Veronica Aged Care Facility is the quality of treatment and care for the residents within the facility and WHS regulations. For example with due to, too many near incidents with the residents, management decide that there current action of putting up signs was not enough.
Therefore they went before the WHS committee and suggested long term strategies were needed to develop more safety. After lengthy research into the current procedures and past records, the WHS devised a number of actions. The actions were designed to address the key finding: those workers didn’t see what the fuss was about WHS. It was devised that training in WHS safety procedures were needed and now Veronica Aged Care Facility has monthly lectures on WHS issues (e.g. what to do in a fire emergency).
Due to the changing view on environmental rights Veronica Aged Care Facility has under gone several changes within the facility for a more positive business image and to have a better quality care for their residents; the changes

As you can see in figure 3, Veronica Aged Care Facility spends most of their money on Residential Care. Finance management is the management of cash flow and capital in a business and is important for both large enterprises and SMEs due to the fact that if the expenses are larger than the revenue; business can go bankrupt and close down. If Veronica Aged Care Facility was to close down then over one hundred employees will be out of the job and over one hundred and twenty residents will have no place to go and have no care. Therefore management of finance is important to keep track of what a business needs to do to keep open and
