New Vendor Registration

Your interest in performing work &/or supply materials for SAUDI ARAMCO TOTAL Refining and Petrochemical Company (SATORP) is welcomed. However, we would like to inform you that all entities interested in performing work &/or supply materials in Saudi Arabia as IK Vendor must have a Saudi Commercial Registration or a Ministerial License from the Saudi Ministry of Commerce.

Registration with SATORP is required for all entities that enter into any agreement with SATORP. To register as an IK or OOK Service Provider &/or Supplier, you are required to provide of the following documents: 1. Letter addressed to the Superintendent of SATORP Materials and Services Procurement Division (MSPD) requesting to be registered as a Service Provider &/or Supplier with SATORP with a brief explanation of the main services your entity provides. 2. Vendor Registration Form on your company letterhead using the attached format. 3. Authorized Signatories Letter (using attached format) printed on your Company’s letterhead. The letter must be signed by a prime owner in the Company, a senior member of management whose name appears in the Commercial Registration Certificate, or a person who has proper power of attorney from the owners.
