II. PROPOSED PROJECT TITLE:

VAULT LOCKER WITH SMS AND FILE ENCRYPTER AND DECRYPTER FOR ANDROID OS

III. Reasons for the Choice:

At present smart phones are emerging as one of the needs of a person in way of living specially for business and different daily activities. Basically users are looking forward to a new and innovative way of using and adding application to their smart phones that can be used privately specially for android OS.

IV. Importance of the Study:

Nowadays Smart Phones are not only being used as a mobile phone but also being used for business transactions that some messages need to be private and some files need to be locked and have a security.

V. Components of the Study

The study will consist of the following components that can satisfy some person’s needs in using their smart phones in a daily basis.

VAULT WITH FILE ENCRYPTER AND DECRYPTER – These features will encrypt users files and delete the original file that if it is a private and someone browses users smart phone it will be hard for them to understand what are those files for and in the near feature that the file is needed it can be decrypted.

SMS ENCRYTION AND DECRYPTION – These feature will encrypt the users outbound SMS and after being receive it will be decrypted so that the recipient user can read it.

VI. Target users and Beneficiaries:

The target users and beneficiaries of the proposed system are the owners and users of smart phones that have android OS.
