Smoking cigarettes indoors has been banned at every public place in Oklahoma. Vaping is banned in some public places, but not all. When it is very hot or cold outside it can be hard to go outside just to smoke, but with vaping you can do it where you want. Smoking cigarettes leave a nasty smell on a person’s clothes and hair. No one wants to be around someone that smells like an ashtray. Vaping leaves no smell behind because it is simply vapor. Cigarettes can also make your teeth yellow and cause gum disease, while vaping has been proven not to. Smoking cigarettes is not just a physical addiction, the act of smoking an actual cigarettes is what a smoker is actually addicted too. Vaping requires some of the same motions as a cigarette. People like to smoke cigarettes at a certain time or after they do something. So if somebody usually smokes a cigarette after they eat, then they can smoke a vape and it mimics the act of smoking a cigarette.
