LLC “VINNYTSIA AGRICULTURAL AND INDUSTRIAL GROUP” operates on the Ukrainian market of agriculture and is engaged in planting and storage service rendering. The Group was established in 2009. Share capital of UAH 34 mio was formed by Barzios Tetyana (UAH 17 mio), Topolova Olena (UAH 8,5 mio) and Lyzanez Sergiy (UAH 8,5 mio). CEO of the company is Barzios Volodymyr, who has 3-year experience in this sector and 6-year experience of being on a leading post.
LLC “VINNYTSIA AGRICULTURAL AND INDUSTRIAL GROUP” participates itself in share capital of seven companies and forms VAPG Group with them. They are: * PJSC “Vinnytsiaoblagrotechservis” (UAH 3,21 mio = 69% of equity). Main activity – leasing of realty. * PJSC “Gnivanske khlibopryjmalne pidpryjemstvo” (UAH 0,736 mio = 87% of equity). Main activity – elevator services. * LLC “SKH “VPG” (UAH 21 mio =100% of equity). Main activity – growing of cereals and industrial crops. * Entrepreneur “Corner” (UAH 8 mio = 100% of equity). Main activity – growing of cereals and industrial crops. * LLC “Pryluzke” (UAH 1 mio =100% of equity). Main activity – growing of cereals and industrial crops.
Moreover, VAPG Group has affiliated companies – Entrepreneur “Speczemtehnika”, LLC “Contur”, “Agros-V”, “Hospodarstvo “Holubiivske”, “Pidlisnyi Yaltushkiv”. And together with its affiliated company companies of VAPG Group forms the Holding structure.

The principal business activities of the Group are as follows: * plant growing (32,023 ha land under cultivation as of 01 January 2012); * storage services (certified elevator facilities, including three items of total capacity up to 144 ths tons for ensilage and floor storage). VAPG Group covers 30% of agricultural segment in Vinnytsia region, namely through the seed and forage crops production.
