e-business used to describe businesses run on the internet. increasingly, much direct selling is taking place on the internet of computer-related equipment and software. most of the company start to run their business on the internet because e-business is able to reach a much wider consumer base than the traditional one and also bring back much more benefit for the company.

since they have online store and customers around the world start to spend more time on their computer, they can easily buy stuff from online and Apple Inc can easily handle the payment. according to Apple(2012), the company sold 35.1million iPhones, 11.8million iPads and 4 million Macs during the quarter and the net profit increases 94% more than last year. for Apple, this is a new marketing channel to gain more profit . in the other hand, Apple Inc also enhance the relationship with costumer through internet by providing the high satisfaction to customer. first, they have complete solutions on their website, once customer purchase product and they can download music or application via iTunes, easy, fast and save a lot of time and energy for customer. second, if customer does't aware of the instruction, they have online workshop to lead you step by step. third, after u purchase online they do have delivery services, fast and efficient to bring the product to your hand and now they even have new ways with personal pickup, which you can buy online and pick up your order at your favorite Apple store.
