My one mute, which I currently have, was when I was immature at first on the server. I then realized that I enjoy this server dearly, and wanted to apply for staff. Therefore, I matured and made myself more approachable and appropriate while in chat.

Yes, I do have a working mic. My microphone does not have any issues and is clear for players to understand me at all times. My microphone is a
Number 1, was named QuickRaid. QuickRaid was a Factions server which eventually went down for lack of donations. During this process, I was one of the only staff members who actually did my job on the server, which had over 50+ players every day. I learned that it is a hard task to handle so much, however you do not give up, and you make sure you get the job done. Most of the server was very toxic, however I managed it very well and kept the community entertained for about 3+ months, after the server finally went down for the lack of advertisements. This is related to being staff because staff need to make sure everything is getting done, and making sure all reports, and rule-breakers are dealt with accordingly at all times. As well as entertaining the players and ensuring their gameplay experience is the best it can be as possible. As I said
I want players to feel safe while playing on OxPvP. The community is already a great community however I do believe I can make it even better. A dedicated staff member is an attribute I can also bring. If a job needs to get done, I will get it done. I believe toxic communities always make the server look bad, so if I become staff, I will make sure the chat is a toxic-free environment at all times while I am on the server. I am a very generous and approachable person to speak to if you need help. I will always give back a positive vibe to the players and ensure they are enjoying their time while playing on OxPvP. I’m very good at giving advice towards players, while learning myself. While I am on TeamSpeak, I will make sure the Support Rooms never have players waiting for Support. Also, while on TeamSpeak, I will speak with the players more and get to know them and feel involved with the community. Players are 100% priority when you’re a staff member. Their needs are our priority to get them resolved as soon as possible. I will never abuse my staff rank at any time while I am a staff member. And if I am demoted or I resign, I will never post hate/ rude messages towards OxPvP. It is a great server, and does not deserve that. I am very mature for my age. I know how to handle situations. I have been told by people that I am a very mature teenager for my age. Also, I would love to give suggestions to OxPvP in the future if they are
