I am keen on all aspects of business, but am particularly interested in finance and management. Through my previous studies I have change from physical science to social science and I have increasing interest in economic impact of the world’s economy, My undergraduate studies of a BSc degree in Engineering physics and a BA in accountancy with marketing gives me an overall capability in both areas. My personal attributes include leadership and creativity as well as analytic and problem solving skills. I interact effectively with people of various ethnics and academic background. Throughout the years I spent my studies and employment I have always managed to achieve project goals and I have brought quality work into timely and productive completion both as individual and teamwork assignments. I have written two unpublished articles including: “Adherence to Budget, financial planning and control process for a small size entrepreneurs: A case study of the off-License business” and “The role of SMEs to the UK economy in recovery from the recession: An empirical investigation”. A lecturer at the Merton College rated these article as excellent academic articles.

Thus, my goal is a career in International Finance and academic research wherein I could advance analytical approaches to financial management. These two are appealing to me because I want to go into politics, and those courses would help me develop useful skills for that field. I want to take British History over International Relations because I believe that through history I can learn more about international politics and diplomacy.
