TOPIC WE SPOKE ABOUT: Our snack festival, prices on goods, location and what goods to sell. Also we talked about our individual roles such as, who is in charge of the money collection, who is selling and who is doing the advertising for our team.
DECISIONS WE MADE: to do a festival on Wednesday from 10.30 till 11.00. We decided to sell outside the canteen by using a table and we decided the price for each goods such as, Coke can cost 40p Coke in a bottle cost 90p, crisp cost 40p and the chocolate cost 50p. Shahed was selling and collecting the money from the customer, Abdur Rahim was doing advertising for our event, Samona bought all the goods and Madani couldn’t come that day for some reason.
NEXT STEPS: Abdirahhim has to make a leaflet for the festival, Shahed and Madhame have to arrange a stand in reception area or canteen. Simona has to buy all the products for our festival. And we decide to meet five minutes earlier to make sure we can start at 10:30.
When we were planning the event, we had to go through some difficult time for example, we couldn’t agree on the food that we are going to sell such as, I was saying to sell hot food, someone was saying to sell cake and another team member was saying to sell sweets, but in the end we made the decision to sell sweets and crisps and drinks and we all agreed on
