A job description is a list of the general tasks, or functions, and responsibilities of a position. Lists of working conditions that come with a job for example, pay hours or duties. Typically, it also includes to whom the position reports, specifications such as the skills needed by the person in the job, salary range for the position

A job advertisement is an announcement that informs people that there is a job available for example; it could be a newspaper advert or on TV it could even be on a bill board.
A person specification it is an extension of the job description. It is a profile of the type of person needed to do a job and the type of qualifications

That the employee and the employer have to sign as it is a legal document. It has a set of rules outlining the responsibilities of or practices the employee must follow. It will also have information about what the employee is entitled to from the company and the employer. It also contains the consequences of not following the rules

Hair stylists:

To assist and learn from stylist higher up in their profession how to provide CHI HAIR SALON hairdressing services to customers. Support other salon members and if needed help with their duties. To be able to provide high quality hairdressing services, and deliver a high standards of knowledge, and customer care at all times.

To be able to improve the business of the salon, using own personal skills. Also assist day to day tasks of the salon, and also be on guard to take responsibility in certain situations and follow principles.

Working with the rest of the team can help you academically and professionally as you can learn skills from the other hair stylists that you don’t already have yourself. Being a good team worker can help improve the hair salons business. It’s good to work effectively within a team culture by practising general behaviour,Marketing skills Marketing skills are good to have because a hair salon makes profit from good marketing for example.
