-breakeven (not making a loss) in the first three months and achieve a profit of £10,000 in the first year.
-by end of month to sell 1000 cups of coffee per week

-by the end of 5 months to hire a qualified chef

LED lights which will be placed on the walls to attract public people and get services going on in my café making them feel comfortable with colourful lightning effects. Store rooms for plants and machinery so that I could have access to running machines, generators etc also a place for storing essentials for later use. I will have loading bays in which my employees will unload goods into the café into to the store room and this way I will make them work more efficiently and look like hard workers which is great for the public eyes. The store rooms will be cleaned regularly so that I can keep my hygiene status and will be done by my employees every week so the place stays tidy and
