Unit 1 - Business Enviroment P2 M1
P2
Task 1.2
My opinion is that influence of stakeholders has a great effect on Tesco because for an example a stakeholder of a company is to keep their customers pleased and that there offered great service.
If employees don’t give customers great service it could be a loss of a customer and the business would of made a loss.
If the business didn’t have employees they wouldn’t be successful because without the employees there will be nobody to provide customers wide services and nobody to clean the store, stack up shelf’s I personally think that Tesco won’t be able to run without their employees because there important stakeholders in Tesco, and if there was nobody to please the customers the business will have problems such as unhappy customers.
Managers play great role in a important stakeholder role because they have to make sure that the employees are doing the right job.
The most important the manager is the most important stakeholder in the Tesco because he will be managing the day-to-day operations in Tesco to ensure that the employers are doing a good job and that the customers are pleased wide the services that the employees have provided.
The least important is stakeholder is the customers because compared to the other shareholders such as manager, employee and all the customer wants is to buy products at a cheaper price than their rivals.

Describe the different stakeholders who influence the purpose of two contrasting Businesses?

The second stakeholder I am going to evaluate is employees which are internal stakeholders. An employee is any person hired by an employer to do a specific job. Employees are important as any other stakeholder because they have first contact with customers so if the customers want to ask a question about the organization or about a product then the employees can help with that and that employees could also recommend products to customers which will bring in more…

As we already discuss about the important of the stakeholders. A stakeholder does not exist but makes demand of the organization. The reason why stakeholders are important in strategic analysis is because of they want something from the organization. The demand of different stakeholders may become conflict to each other. For example shareholders of Tesco want maximum returns from the organization whereas the management team may retain profits for long term investment.
