Describe the type of business purpose and ownership of two contrasting businesses.
The businesses that I choose are

Here are first some important details about the companies that I’ll be writing about:
What is google?
It is an American multinational corporation specializing in Internet-related services and products. These include online advertising technologies, search, cloud computing, and software. Most of its profits are derived from AdWords.
As for google it was founded in 1998, so it has increased its popularity a lot since that time, because now everyone uses google. The Founders are : Larry Page and Sergey Brin , they met at Stanford University in 1995. By 1996, they had built a search engine (initially called BackRub) that used links to determine the importance of individual webpages.

It’s really the people that make Google the kind of company it is. We hire people who are smart and determined, and we favor ability over experience. Although Googlers share common goals and visions for the company, we hail from all walks of life and speak dozens of languages, reflecting the global audience that we serve. And when not at work, Googlers pursue interests ranging from cycling to beekeeping, from frisbee to foxtrot.

Google is an global business that have locations all over the world even in Amsterdam, the headquarters are in California U.S.A, they also have a university on its name (googleplex ) where a lot of people go to, to study and then finally get a job in google anywhere in the world, they have over 40,000 employees
