Food hygiene is relevant to everyone working in the food industry, including the distribution of food, selling food, producing, storing and retailing food. Therefore, an unhygienic food is the food that lack of cleanliness. It can damage our health once we consume it. There are several diseases that we have to suffer after we consume the unhygienic food which is Hepatitis and Botulism. The most common disease is food borne illness. Its symptoms may include diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, abdominal cramps, fever and headaches. Unhygienic food is not affect by the food conditions and environments only, but it also can cause by the unhygienic practices of the staffs. Sometimes people also may not pay attentions to the labels on food and end up purchasing buying expired food. It is very important that we have a hygiene food to consume. Conclusion

Consume unsanitary food can affect our health problems badly and even cause death. Therefore, it is very important that we have to consider the food is under the hygienic and clean condition before we consume it. One should eat to live, not live to eat, we should begin to develop good eating habits and be careful before we take the food to maintain our healthy lifestyle start now.
