A human being is only human because of others, with others and for others This notion refers to the intermediation between people in any society. A human being without another human being cannot work, operates if with full of its challenges well. Therefore, human beings need each other wherever they are, thus we can call this definition of human relations. Human are depending to each other in this term and broadest since a cover all types of interactions among people – their conflict, cooperative efforts and group in the relationship. It is understand of why our beliefs attitudes and behaviours sometimes cause problems in our personal lives and in work related situation. To develop and apply the wide range of human skills in work place is also extremely challenging. For instance, working people who vary greatly in age, obvious you need a third person to carry out the connection between you and the workers. Many people carry around a set of ideas and feeling about themselves that are quite negative and in most cases inaccurate but for them to be right they need to be corrected by other human beings, by that way they could accomplish the task. In addition, to be a real human there are three aspects of behaviours to be given by other human being like; psychology, sociology and anthropology. Basically these science focus on the reason why of the behaviour such as psychology attempts to find why individuals out as other people do, while sociology and anthropology concentrate primary on the dynamics and social interaction. Although also interested in behaviours, human beings also go further and look at what can be done to anticipate problems how to resolve problems of our personal life. In conclusion, human being because of others in a latent way, meaning indirectly. Social ethics help one to understand appreciates the values importance to agree on core values to become a real person, telling what is right and what is bad like promoting the culture of non-violence by not commit crimes and murder. Social ethics also help people to discover for themselves as individuals in the society.
A human is only human because of others with others and with others To begin with a strong, meaningful and loaded concepts or value, the concepts “Ubuntu” as an age-old African term for humanness- for caring, sharing and being in harmony. In African and the world wide, a human being is only a human being because of others in terms of helping others with different ways each individuals is different with different perspective. They each live in the same world, using the same world in different ways can lead to mutual misunderstanding. According to Signmund Fred (1964) human beings living together was God’s option to create them. Human beings are created to unite in terms of Ubuntu, to help each other in different ways; people often in the past have a good understanding of what Ubuntu is and that’s why it was a dominating word/one way to help others particularly in Africa. There might be a need that an individual want but she/he does not have it and she/he could be regarded that human beings are just human beings because of others. According to Homunu (2013) human beings tend to take advantage of other and this to a concerns that the culture of Ubuntu worldwide particularly in Africa it’s coming powerless, people were made /created to have a culture of helping each other and it is self-emphasis it that we are human beings with the help of other. It really sounds so worthless, but psychologically this something true. According to Jeffery Z. (1981) people tend to do wrong conclusion due to insufficient information when it comes to the topic of human beings are human because of others, people often think that I have enough I do not need anyone’s help, this is due to the lack of information but to think logically, in terms of Ubuntu, people really live because of others human beings, there is no way that someone one can live without other ones...
